About

Our Mission

The mission of Simi Valley Adult School and Career Institute is to educate and empower students to meet their goals through participation in accredited, technologically advanced, vocational, academic and personal enrichment programs that prepare them for leading successful lives in the global community.

The Simi Valley Adult School and Career Institute is not your ordinary adult education program. Most adult schools in California do not have the scope and depth of occupational training programs available to students in Simi Valley.

The Simi Valley Adult School has the largest number of medical and dental training programs among all the adult education programs in the state of California. Most of our medical programs have specific beginning and ending dates.  However, many of our other career training programs, such as computer software classes, welder and machinist training programs are open entry, open exit, which means students may enroll at any time throughout the year. Please note: When an open-entry class reaches full student capacity, students may have to be placed on a waiting list.

Our Location

Nestled within the Santa Susana Mountain Range and beautiful Simi Hills, our campus is conveniently located in the southeast corner of Ventura County. The majority of programs are offered on the main school campus, however, satellite locations can be found nearby.
